On The Clock AI is operated by On The Clock AI. For information submitted directly to us, we act as the business responsible for that information. For call, lead, and message data handled for a client, we generally act on that client’s instructions.

• Quote form details, including your name, business name, email, phone, industry, interests, and message.
• Your account email and sign-in activity.
• Business information needed to configure and support your services.
• Call, lead, appointment, review, and message data we process on a client’s behalf.
• Basic technical and usage information needed to secure and operate the website and portal.

We use information to respond to quote requests, deliver and improve services, configure automations, provide the client portal, process billing, offer support, secure our systems, meet legal obligations, and communicate about an account or service.

We use trusted processors to operate our business, including Supabase and Lovable Cloud for hosting and data services, Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email, and voice and SMS providers for calling and messaging. They process information under their own terms and only as needed to provide their services to us.

We never sell personal information or client data. We do not share it for third parties’ independent advertising purposes.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their information, subject to legal, billing, security, and backup retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to certain uses where applicable.
