Submitting the quote form does not create a service agreement or activate the guarantees described in our Service Agreement. We will confirm the scope, price, and terms in writing before paid work begins.

Client accounts use a one-time code sent by email. You are responsible for controlling access to your email account, using the newest code sent, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share portal access with anyone who is not authorized to act for your business.

You may not use our website or services to break the law, harm others, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property, spread malicious code, interfere with service operation, or attempt to access another client’s information.

We own the website, branding, original designs, software, and content we create, except for materials owned by clients or third parties. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission. Ownership and licenses for paid deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement or written proposal.

Paid services are governed by our Service Agreement and any written proposal or order form. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the service agreement and proposal control for the paid services.

The website and portal are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep them accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will be error-free. General website content is informational and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
